Mr. Palakorn Chanbanyong

Mr. Palakorn is currently working as Sustainable Hydropower specialist in the Mekong River Commission and taking a lead role on review and update on MRC’s Preliminary Design Guidance and Sustainable Hydropower Development Strategy which are expected to finish by end of 2018. He holds Hydraulic Engineering and river basin development (M.Sc.) and have obtained in Mekong River Basin Development experience especially in hydropower field through working for several years. He has also experienced in large hydropower project development covering 3 phases; preconstruction, construction as well as operation and maintenance.
