Dr. Guo Ricai

Dr. Guo Ricai is currently the Vice President of China Electric Power Equipment and Technology Co., Ltd. He joined China Electric Power Equipment and Technology Co., Ltd. in May 2012. Dr. Guo has 36 years of experience in electric power industry and served as an Associate Professor in Xi’an Jiaotong University; Deputy Director of Planning Department as well as Head of Design Planning Office, Power Grid Construction Company, SGCC; Head of Power Grid Office, Project Construction Department, SGCC; Deputy Director of Infrastructure Construction Department (Bidding Management Center), SGCC; Dr. Guo Ricai holds a Ph.D. of Electrical System & Automation from Tsinghua University.
